Pregnancy cravings to date: applesauce, apples (I ate 2-3/day for awhile), apple juice, peaches (I still eat 2-3 a day, can't get enough!), noodles or casserole type noodle meals but not spaghetti (since being pregnant, spaghetti sauce makes me sick), ramen noodles, watermelon, cucumbers (freshly picked from our garden), pickles, pickle sandwiches (bread & butter pickles with swiss cheese, lettuce & mustard), cucumber sandwiches (swiss cheese, tomato, cucs & mustard), tuna salad sandwiches (this is a craving I will only allow myself to give into once every few weeks due to the mercury content). I crave cakes of any kind if I see a picture of them but they are never available, thus not eaten...I guess that's a good thing, less sugar.
Aside from food, I crave exercise, particularly running! I so wish I could run again, if it weren't for these terrible knees, I'd definitely be out running daily. In its place I've been exercising on my elliptical just about everyday at lunchtime. It is so exhilarating & I feel so good when I'm going at it and hate to have to stop so soon but I can't be late for work. Ironically I hardly have the energy to do it before or after work so lunchtime appears to be the only time I can fit it in.
